Lost Age - who needs it? Languished feelings in my brain I cannot comprehend Just yesterday I was in love Youth soaring in my head My delicious Abigail My sweet cherry Tongue touched with honey So soft to the touch Blown away in the wind Like dust to dust First by tears Then by sorrow Oh how the warmth of time Makes forgetfullness the rage And muted sunsets A dirge in time Sweeps the rivers Of love and rhyme

What stayed with you?

A line that lingered, a feeling, a disagreement. Great comments are as valuable as the original piece.
