Love Songs and Wooden Boxes

Love Songs and Wooden Boxes Beautiful tunes stuck in the mind. Spent half your life in searching looking for that perfect face. Wouldn’t it have been simpler, To smile a little and reduce the pace? Smile for the boy in the corner Drowned in the sorrow of his chocolate. Grown into a man without reason More wrong choices and twist of fate. Fight against pain and reality Throw them beyond seas stretched so far Beauty was in my childhood Now she’s in steel strings and shooting stars Wake up brothers and sisters Listen to the fresh air sing Open your eyes and understand This world’s too beautiful to live in.

What stayed with you?

A line that lingered, a feeling, a disagreement. Great comments are as valuable as the original piece.
