Listening to the Wind

I quietened all around me and listened to the wind...
Noise all around me does quite astound me overwhelmed at the confusion and then I hear the wind.
So constant and remaining yet it's forever changing I quiet all around me and listen to the wind.
Bellows of sound enfold me grow loud and then grow soft melodic tones they hold me as I feel I've gone a loft.
So uncontrollable, it's message powerful is its song like a symphony of nature playing gloriously all day long.
I revel in its glory amazed as it creates a sound unlike another never to duplicate.
It soothes the ache inside me as if I'm deep in trance my body slows its beating as it does its calming dance.
And fury I do hear as the gusts grow strong every tree and every bird show respect to nature's song.
And the wind is now no more as its song has faded fast but the message that it gave me will forever last.
Listen.......
What stayed with you?
A line that lingered, a feeling, a disagreement. Great comments are as valuable as the original piece.
