Of the rainsongs.. Warm blankets over my body Rains outside, it's pouring And my father still keeps snoring Midnight switching off the lights I try to sleep Engulfed by delightful sensation so calm, so soothing outside, it's raging Paradox

At night when I sleep I love the rains The aura it creates so magically I pray it doesn't intensify to wreak havoc No uprooting of trees, no flood No damage to innocent lives Just come Like a lullaby Put me to sleep Disappear.

What stayed with you?

A line that lingered, a feeling, a disagreement. Great comments are as valuable as the original piece.
