The Stillness of Morning Posted by Ellen M. DuBois on Sunday March 11, @09:44PM With my tussled hair and coffee I discover who I am In the Stillness of Morning.... In the stillness of the morning with fog still in my eyes awakened from my slumber I start to realize that I am in need of quiet to explore the depths of 'me' for the stillness of the morning lends itself to that, you see With my tussled hair and coffee so uncaring of my looks my life becomes another page that I write within my book Exploring, finding, asking who I am and what I need In the stillness of the morning God has planted a great seed I have come to find that I like so many on this earth have lost touch with who they are what they've known since their re-birth But for reasons which elude me I am most in touch with 'me' In the stillness of the morning I can feel my Destiny Maybe it's the aftermath of my great dreaming state which has tugged my superconscious making me think while I'm awake and then the day grows hectic and I lose what I have found Until the Stillness of the Morning puts my feet on solid ground

What stayed with you?

A line that lingered, a feeling, a disagreement. Great comments are as valuable as the original piece.
