Just for a Ticket to Ride Posted by Subhajit Ghosh on Sunday April 08, @12:52PM Inspired during the longwait at the ticket counter Serpentine queue confusion ensue Unbearable milieu As rings of smoke engulf you. Waiting in line for an hour my mood gone sour LINK FAILURE stares at my face from the counter As the man sitting there leaves the room in a saunter. One step forward two steps behind I asked myself when a few days later I was greeted with a repeat ordeal that is the same And it seemed to me that standing in a ticket queue in my country is just another tantalising game. Marching into twenty-first century with IT professionals galore wither basic services ought to be deplored. Who will plead on our behalf? ensure proper implementation rid software of bugs unanswered questions As hapless passengers wait optimistically expecting a divinely intervention? an end to their woes Almighty, are you listening?

What stayed with you?

A line that lingered, a feeling, a disagreement. Great comments are as valuable as the original piece.
