The Harshness of the adult world caused a little girl to have to be born an adult. There were way two few childhood memories. No time for innocent childish things. Life wasn't suppose to be that way...It's such a gift. So she learned to combine the innocent child and woman into one. But there was never anyone to share it with and so she learned to laugh and enjoy the stars alone. Because no matter what harshness life held at times. She refused to let it destroy the song in her heart or break the spirit of her soul. You can be chained and left alone to bleed. But she refused to sacrifice the innocent, free child. To do so would have caused her to become hardened to life. No one was ever there to protect the child as a child. So the adult woman kept the child safe and let her play and dance and laugh. It kept the harshness of the world at bay and the nights weren't quite as long.

So lets dance and laugh. Watch TV and make light of the cold world outside. The little girl is always safe and warm and happy and she never cries because she has no need to.
