WHY (REMIXED)

I wrote it when i was 15,now i'm 21 and none the wiser ...anyways just wanted to give this poem a fresh lease of life..

Is there anybody there, who can answer my prayers; tell 'e what r we doing and why r we here.. You never told me why they say let the sleeping dogs lie, why do people die and make others cry, why do we have to go to school or is it written so in rules; why do we have to do what millions went thru” and as far as i think ,hasn’t done them any good. We try to master nature are we forgetting our basic roots; they say we are alone whom are we trying to fool.... doesnt life seem a little too beautifully complicated to be a chance event!!

Why do we say things that we don’t mean to say, why do we care to show when we don’t really care, where are we walking when we don’t know the way and why are we talking when there is nothing to say..!!

I am running from my fears and they are coming back to me think i am burying myself underand the hell is killing me..

What stayed with you?

A line that lingered, a feeling, a disagreement. Great comments are as valuable as the original piece.

nice one , man , its well written . i owe u a thanx bcos u laid a question i kept giving answers to but somehow it looked dismaying to people cos they are so much into others that they even need somebody to give the quetion before them so they are not embarassed by their indivisulaity . thanx anywyas. [ Reply to this ] why NOT? by Gursimran Arora on June 02, 2002 (Sunday) Hi Aragorn...! Your piece is really nice. It does put up lots of sensible questions. Yet, it answers itself. All that you wonder 'why' - well, you do things because the world makes you believe that without them you're not a wholesome person. However, why not go against the rules and try not to do things those are forced upon you as norms of the society? The very proof that you are capable of change is the fact that you're putting down these questions for yourself and for all those who read them. Anyway, I am 15 - so I might sound crazy! So do excuse me if I dont make any sense...! Keep Writing..! hi aragorn Really nice thoughts. u have being living with them for last 6 years now. i wanted to ask that Where have u searched the answers to WHY. books, minds etc. plz. give some idea of where these answers might be. I share a lot of ur thoughts. but i guess its easier to live with these Y's rather than complaining. As for criticism, all i can say is that ur remixed version is not different from the original one. so why are we talking when there is nothing NEW to say..!! [ Reply to this ]

thanks for giving it a fresh lease of life..if i m not mistaken, originally it was "doesnt life seem a little too beautifully complex .....instead of complicated..or are u into thinking that both(or all three) of them are synonymous...and i have appreciated had u remembered other 15 years old who contributed there bits to it.
