Urban ruin

Rains fall while cities sleep. Gutters sputter rat's tails. Cats meander. Dogs whimper. Dregs of Dung fill the sewers. And nests of incest spoil the rotted corpse Of days gone by. And the cities sleep. And the people cry. Porn and blot Rust and rot

What stayed with you?

A line that lingered, a feeling, a disagreement. Great comments are as valuable as the original piece.
