Beware of those whose God live in skies

Devotion should not be materialistic. Worship means just the amalgamation of our soul to the divine power above. Peace of mind is important.

George Bernard Shaw has said that "Beware of the people whose God live in skies". The statement may seems to be very insensitive anditching to some people but it contains reality, the reality of life. When god made Adam and Eve, he made them so that he can love them as his kids. He didn't expected them to love him the same way.The concept is similar like adopting a child when the parents actuallyare interested in satisfying thier urge for the kid rather than the urge of the helpless kid for parents. Parents shower all thier love onthe kid but they don't really love them just because they want the kidto love them in return. In the same way, God has made us and hetakes care of his every child on this planet. He don't expects our lovein return as a debt or as a feeling or fulfilling something. The underlying meaning is that don't love or pray for God just because u r afraid ofhim and u think that if u don't pray, u won't be blessed. He blesseseveryone according to the deeds. He does it with no partiality and withfull justice. No matter u pray a lot, but if u r doing something wrong thenur all prayer is in vain coz u r trying to give bribe to God. See, its likea court where ur deeds matter. Human court may be contained withmistakes but the court above skies is error less. So, the basic thing isthat don't waste your time in praying or making God believe that u r thebiggest follower of him. Instead of it, just lead a life potraited in thecolors of truth. Help others and God will help you. Now consider Mr.George's statement again "Beware of the people whose God livein skies". These are the people who will do anything to convince Godthier way but they are fools who think that God needs any prasads orhavans and he is happy. God will be happy if u make others feel happy.So, all the pujas, aarti's and other stuff is just a bribe to God whichsimply means that u r trying to fool yourself.

Time has changed and with time, everything changes except one thingthat is the moral values. Do change with time, lead a healthy and goodlife by keeping urself happy, keeping ur family and others happy and helping the disabled or poor.
