I guess this article is just a little bit of experience, a whole lot of advice and and a dash of hope, just the recipe for a good dish.

People are like food. Different and varied, but each one special in their own way. The thing is, some food you like, some you don't, some appeals to you while others don't, and other times you just "think" it just won't taste good.

To use the overused cliche, birds of a feather flock together. Like people, have a habit of congregating together, little realizing what else they are missing out on. Take for example what almost happened to me. A person who i thought was too much of an introvert to appeal to an extroverted personality like myself, is now one of my closest friends. The thing is one has to reach out and help oneself as you never know what you might find...

I soon discovered that beneath a reserved personality lay an incredible person, who shared my love for poetry and books and even had the occasional burst of humour!!! One has to delve deep, beneath the surface and not just gravitate towards the outwardly attractive.

Remember, that within the oyester lies the pearl, but without the oyester there would be no pearl.....

Give people a chance ,not just yourself, trust that every single person including yourself is good, its just a question of tapping into that goodness.

I guess this article is just a little bit of experience, a whole lot of advice and and a dash of hope, just the recipe for a good dish .

HOPE U TRY IT.......

What stayed with you?

A line that lingered, a feeling, a disagreement. Great comments are as valuable as the original piece.
